lyrics
Everything was coming up roses
'till I instigated
All the pieces coming together
'till I got so jaded
And I never saw this end in sight 'till now
And I wish I could just end this fight right now
Swimming in deep ends
I get no relief from it
Thought I'd grow out of it
I have my doubts
Swimming in deep ends
I get no release from it
Thought I'd grow out of it
I have my doubts
Now I dream of pushing up daisies
God, I'm so dramatic
Never ending coming of age
ennui is automatic
And I never saw this end in sight 'till now
And I wish I could just end this fight right now
Swimming in deep ends
I get no relief from it
Thought I'd grow out of it
I have my doubts
Swimming in deep ends
I get no release from it
Thought I'd grow out of it
I have my doubts

Opener absolutely rips. Falls into the ranks of tracks like “Dance” by ESG, “Eisbaer” by Grauzone, “Damaged Goods” by Gang of Four or like the album description says Kleenex. This is some really good stuff. Favorite song is the opener but dedicate “Blue” to my friend Blue who lost her life at 22, she would have loved this album. TheBloodofChrist
